Inceptio Technology's mission is to build a safer and more efficient line-haul logistics by providing industry-leading autonomous driving technologies for trucks and by operating a nationwide autonomous Transportation-As-A-Service (TaaS) freight network. The Line-haul Logistics Joint Innovation Center

Mr. Ma holds an MBA from International Institute for Management Development and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Mr. Ma oversees the company strategy development and deployment. Before Inceptio, Mr. Ma served as the Corporate Vice President at Tencent, where he was in charge of corporate strategy, location-based services (LBS), search, and autonomous driving business. He has extensive experience in managing large R&D teams. He also served as a Board member for NIO, NavInfo, and ZOOX.

PhD in Computer Science from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) MS in Computer Science from Columbia University, Undergraduate Study in Tsinghua University

He leads the overall R&D of autonomous driving technology. As a renowned computer vision scientist and an IEEE Fellow, he has published 100+ academic articles, with over 10 thousand citations. He has served as Area Chairs and the Program Chair for premium vision conferences (such as ICCV/CVPR). He has made world-class achievements in the field of 3D reconstruction and 3D data analysis.

Before joining Inceptio, Dr. Yang served as the chief scientist for 3D computer vision and led the Robot and Autonomous Driving Laboratory in Baidu. Before that, he was a tenured full professor at the University of Kentucky.

Mr. Huang holds MS and BS degrees in Automotive Engineering, both from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Huang has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is in charge of vehicle design and development, supply chain management, and advanced technology research. Before joining Inceptio, Gary was the General Manager of Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles, the leading truck maker in China. In 2008, Gary was awarded "The Distinguished Figure in China's Automobile Industry" in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the policy of Reform and Opening-up at the national level.

Dr. Tian is responsible for the software and hardware delivery and daily operations at Silicon Valley R&D Center. He is based in Fremont, CA. Dr Tian is a world-class expert in software systems and architecture. Before joining Inceptio, he served as technical VP in Futurewei Technologies in US. He has in-depth expertise in parallel and distributed systems, complier, computer architecture, OS, cloud services, as well as AI Framework. He has successfully transformed frontline technology into commercialized products, with extensive experience in managing large R&D teams. Dr. Tian has published nearly 30 papers at top conferences such as PLDI, ASPLOS and EuroSys, and obtained 15 patents related to software architecture.

Mr. A holds a BS degree in Economics from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University.

Mr. Eason A is in charge of the commercial operations and building a nationwide autonomous trucking service platform. With more than 10 years of experience in operation management, Mr. A has extensive knowledge and experiences in freight industry. In addition, Eason has established strong connections with cargo owners, cargo fleets, and the after-service market for trucks. Prior to Inceptio, Mr. A was the general manager of operations at YTO Express.
